Training and development
Educational and Corporate training are valuable services offered by Project
Padmalay. Over the past two decades, clients ranging from schools to companies of
varying sizes, have received comprehensive insights and skill sets for personal and
professional enhancement. Life skills training has been customized as per the needs
of each client.
- Dr. Prachee has developed over 150+ training programs for different target groups across the sectors and industries. In her initial years of academic career she had developed training session for school teachers, students and parents keeping the focus on building cohesive relationships amongst school and parents.
- Vishruti and I-Fly are amongst such unique programs developed by Dr Prachee for imparting the life skills in adolescent age children. These were given to more than 80,000 children pan India. We have successfully conducted the educational training of Kendriya Vidyalaya girl students (3 lac +) and teachers/trainers (1000 +) has been provided via Vishruti.
- She continued designing unique training progr We have ams for corporates, political party workers, self help groups, entrepreneurs, senior management leaders and so on.
- She has designed training programs for professionals in pharma sector, wellness sector, infrastructure and retail.
- She also contributed through her trainings to the people who are at the bottom of the economic pyramid. She has developed wellness programs for construction workers, migrant workers , which included the dissemination of various government schemes beneficial for them
- Dr Prachee has trained over 1000+ professionals across the sectors.
