Dr Prachee is a veteran academician with over 40 years of experience in research and training. A PhD in Consumerism in Education, she is a specialist in policy advocacy. She has authored more than 25 books in the field of Management.

Dr Prachee, on one hand is a home maker, devoted spouse, mother and grandmother.
A political activist herself, she married a fellow activist, and soon started her career as a teacher. Eventually, she reached the top-most position in a renowned educational institution in Pune. While scaling the heights of her career, she never lost track of her family life, be it as a daughter or sister.
Dr Prachee’s innate intelligence and dynamism meant she acquired a multi-dimensional understanding of life. As such, she was ahead of the curve in realizing that a steady work-life balance is the key to all-round success. Dr Prachee has a great passion for national progress and believes in nurturing India’s youth towards nation-building.

Dr Prachee approaches every aspect of her life with the same attitude of perfection and excellence, be it homemaking, grandparenting or teaching.
Currently, she is an independent strategy consultant known for her use of an innovative, integrated research methodology. The foundation of her approach lies in the deep-rooted understanding of Indian socio-economic dynamics. Dr Prachee has designed business consultancy offerings for a variety of clients across the industry and corporate sectors.
In the past decade, this vast knowledge let Dr Prachee conceive and execute various life-skill training programmes for students and professionals. Today’s hectic and stressful pace has created a genuine need for obtaining various value-based proficiencies to effectively overcome various challenges.

Dr. Aditee Vaidya

A creatively-driven Art doyen, Dr Aditee Vaidya is a versatile dynamo who has dedicated herself to innovative endeavours in the field of art and IT.
She is one of the few women to be awarded a PHD in Fine Art (Nagpur University), and has completed her Majors from Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai as a topper at the University level.

Her journey is replete with creative projects where she has played the role of a catalyst, for designing conceptualizing and setting up Educational Interactive Museums.

The second project was “The Haffkine Museum” situated in the Historic renowned mansion with Portuguese architecture that unveils Life Sciences, Microbiology and the glorious past of this Institute along with inspirational work of Dr. Waldemar Mordecai Haffkine.
The third educative museum designed is “Disaster Management- Educational Art Gallery” for the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai at Parel, Mumbai.
She has Prepared of concept for converting NFSC old Building into Museum (National Museum of Fire Services – for National Fire Service College (NFSC) under Director General – Fire Services, Civil Defense & Home Guards, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India .
Dr. Aditee has sculpted the corona virus Sculpture for the travelling exhibition on the theme ‘Vaccines – Injecting Hope’ in India for National Council of Science Museums, in collaboration with Science Museum Group London.

She has been felicitated and awarded for her excellence in her various endeavours, namely Awarded Mayor’s Award – 2013 for outstanding work in the field of art and I.T. by Hon’ble Shri. Sunil Prabhu, Mayor of Mumbai. Designed Murals for Lobby and Pediatric ward, in 3 Municipal Hospitals in Mumbai Owing to her academic interests, she has also served as the Dean of Vasantdada Patil Prathisthan College of Applied Art and has been a Member of the Board of Studies for Mumbai University.

Postgraduate teacher, referee for doctoral studies Faculty of Fine Art, (Applied Art) Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur and Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University and Referee for M.F.A. University of Mumbai. She is also appointed as Operations Advisor to the board of Academy of Science Technology and Management Ltd. (ASTML, UK)
