Course Description:
Kitchen is the special space of the house, accessed by every member of the family. One needs to design and build it with lot of considerations about its utilization. This course will help you in understanding your own expectations from the kitchen-space with having your own checklist ready; which is unique, and fulfilling all your individual, family requirements.
By providing enough space to equipment, gadgets, utensils and inventory your space allocation in kitchen will give you operational efficiency. In Kitchen Space Utilization course we have discussed the approach to adopt in effective utilization of kitchen space. We have also given the context of old kitchen spaces. Having effective, functional, well thought of designs, of kitchen will help you to organize, optimize, and excel in space usage.
Course discusses the concept of kitchen triangle and kitchen zones, which is the basic framework to map your kitchen routine and arrive at your own kitchen layout. The course will help in building individual’s the kitchen lay out by having your kitchen-must-haves unique list.

A PhD in Consumerism in Education, Dr Prachee is a specialist in policy advocacy and publication offerings. She is an academic research doyen with a penchant for national progress. Dr Prachee believes in nurturing the youth for a better future and better tomorrow.

Gandhali is master trainer for House skills and Entrepreneurship Development skills
She is currently working as an independent business enabler for small and medium scale women entrepreneurs. Her career has a blend of teaching, research and training which is spanning over 20+ years.
She has co- authored three case studies which were published by Harvard Business Review, authored three curriculum text books. She holds Master’s in Business Administration.
All the house skills courses presented here are about effective organization and management of resources for effective results, i.e. having stress free life. She also conducts training programmes for varied audience groups on “Economics and Life effectively”, “Entrepreneurship Development” and many such. This experiences is used as a basis for Entrepreneurship Courses presented in LCP.
